I saw this stuff in a health food store on sale. Is it good? I went and bought it because it seems to some high quality oils that support brain function. It is expired btw, but hopefully that doesn't mean it's completely no good. I'm hoping drinking a little of this every day is going to make my brain work at a super high capacity.

>babies first superfood
>expired, probably fished from trash
>grease everywhere
hope, indeed.

Fish Oil based omega 3 really is is good for you.
I would recommend you bought it as a capsule so you don't need to deal with the taste. It says "best tasting fish oil" but it doesn't mean it's great.

Are stores in your country even allowed to sell expired products?
expiration dates are very arbitrary, they can be up to 2 months off(in either way).
I wouldn't have bought it if I were you.

probably placebo/visualization/belief manifestation.

It tastes really good to me.

Extremely improbable as I always have doubts concerning anything like this and have a long history of completely neutralizing any positive effects of any medications or anything I might take.
I used to take webbers triple strength omega 3s off costco and I do notice better brain functioning abilities, I doubt it was placebo since I wasn't particularly expecting anything.

I got fish oil tablets now too in addition to this stuff.
Too much omega 3s thins your blood and makes you bleed super easy, increasing your risk for haemorrhaging. Too little omega 3s makes your blood syrupy and thick. Find a decent balance and also stay away from omega 3-6-9 shit.

shit looked like it says suspicious to me for a second.
must be some bad loosh, i'd avoid.

you want your blood to be thick as fuck, thin blood can fuck your heart-sac over.
