Strength training and general /fit/ thread.
Doesn't look like a Sikh turban to me. They almost never use black and they wrap them differently. I think there is an Iranian Muslim sect that wears that style of turban but I may be misremembering.
I researched that 'Worlds fastest workout' for a bit as it seemed too god to be true, but surprisingly its pretty legit.

Embedded is similar and is really easy to follow.
Thanks for all these images and information.
'Does it work' is relative.
If you want to maximize your squat, and get super swole; gym all the way. Nothing beats heavy resistance training in that regard.
If you want general fitness, they're great. You don't need any equipment, you don't have to go anywhere, but you'll still build a general level of athleticism. Just don't expect to get super swole, or extremely strong.
>What do you guys eat?
Mostly vegan, occasionally vegetarian, I try to make it raw, does not always happen.
>Is raw vegan a good choice?
I believe it is the ideal, short of inedia, however it is not always the best option for one jumping right into it.
Just do burpees using the same intervals.
It has the same effect, and you don't have to switch into 3000 different positions every 20 seconds.
Pork jowel, grits, broccoli, cheeses, milk, random berries from fucking all around me! Ah, pie, donuts, pastries of many types, and beefheart as well as potatoes. EGGS! Do not forget eggs, great choline source and loaded with protein and necessary cholesterols for hormone production.
BTW, eat a bit of bacon or saturated fat before bed if training. Your body needs it to replenish your testosterone or estrogen for females, and this is done mostly during your sleep cycles.
I'm always triggered by this. (the third)
I'm on the path of bodybuilding, but i'm also very interesteed in yoga, i understand flexibility is important and it is something i want to achieve, but i always worry the limit. I don't want to sacrifice one thing for another.
What limit?
I figured that flexibility doesn't limit anything, and I figure also that doing bodyweight exercise/calisthenics along with yoga makes for a slimmer build (stretching the muscles so they're not as bulky) and functional.
so then there shouldn't be a limit there by being musclebound. I think only equipment enables that kind of thing.
I really recommend bodyweight training + cardio over anything else. I tried doing weight training via SS, 5/3/1, Madcow, and Bodyweight programs and the results was that I constantly suffered from physical injuries, felt like shit 24/7, I was constantly stuffing my face, and I actually wasn't that fit as I couldn't do a marathon to save my life.
Sure I am not as "strong" as when I lifted weights but I feel a lot better and look a look better. I also found that body weight training allows me to work out more and perform cardio on the side as it does not tax my recovery abilities on the same level as weight training alone did.
I know this post will be ripped apart however this is just a brief overview of my fitness journey and does not provide the specifics.
You got injuries because your body was not ready for lifting. Had the same thing.
Then spent a year only on body weight.
Got back to the gym(only go once-twice a week), reached past records on the second day, now way way beyond what I could do.
The best thing is to vary it. Now I do body weight, plus one or two of lifting(just squats, deadlifts, bench press).
Different for different people, but my plan is to vary bodyweight/ weight lifting/ yoga/cali/ plus some other stuff life kung fu and shit.
I think the body is developed best when you give it various different circumstances to adapt to.
