Also, setting custom themes seems broken.
I set it, "save css" and F5 and it goes back to the dull boring chan css…
How do you set it across the board and make it stay?

This annoys me very much. The fringe theme needs to be default and the Yotsuba theme needs to be an alternative. Even tomorrow theme would be better than Yotsuba. This is "just another imageboard" until it has the fringe css as default.
