Ok, fringe. I'm tired of being an underdog. So I've decided to use chaos magic to achieve all the things I want that culture has indoctrinated into my mind. Yes, beautiful women and sports cars and yachts and expensive meals in exotic places. Why? Because fuck it, I'm tired of it all. Now cue all the critics saying that this shit goes against the purpose of magic, magic being a tool for spiritual growth and achieving material stuff with magic is anathema. But Illumination, it seems, can come from any and every possible way, just watch the Aghori. This experiment of mine would lead to a pendulum like movement: on one extreme absolute materialism, then the pendulum would move to the other extreme, spiritualism. The worst case scenario would be that I become a sucessful member of society. Maybe I'll die bitter and alone. But right now, I'll die bitter and alone and broken on top of it all. So…

Post any and all rituals, procedures, enchantments, texts, authors, anecdotes, personal experiences that lead to a life of material excess trough magic.

Aghori philosophy is based on non-dual Shaivism/is basically non-dual Shaivism. They can only do the mad shit they do because of the spiritual knowledge they have. At some point all the distinctions won't matter to you and you can do all sorts of stuff and it will be conductive to your spiritual progress, until then eating shit is just eating shit. Although taboo-breaking is valuable in itself. Aghoris can smoke drugs, cut off their limbs and eat them, eat ash and do their usual Aghori thing not because they are attached to the material existence, but because they are not. Your view of them seems to be really distorted.

Basing your view of an ultra reclusive tamasic sect of necro-obsessed ascetics based only on some meme documentary isn't the wisest choice.

Don't get me wrong, by all means I encourage you to persevere in your endeavors, just be a man and don't make excuses for your actions (especially when said excuses are of doubtful authority) and don't think that lusting for material things has any power in itself.

How to get material stuff via magic? The same way as you do anything via magic. You mentioned chaos magic - sigils work great for minor stuff, although I never used them for anything major. Sex magic is good for this too, provided that you can detach from your desires and only utilize the energy to further your goal. Visualization and empowering it work too (check out Ophiel's book on it, it's kinda useful). Anything works, just git gud. The best way is to go with the flow, practice bhakti yoga and ask for the stuff you need in your life. But I know, I know, that's boring and that's not what you want.

And really, I'm not trying to bash you or anything, I use magic for material gains all the time. It's just I never wanted to get rich or anything, just wanted to make my life a bit easier, and those of around me easier.

If you are weak and don't know your way around, giving you a ritual procedure won't help you, if you are already well-developed then you won't need it. Git gud at meditation, that's the gateway to all sorts of powers.

Why is it that everyone in fringe circles always say this kinda stuff. As you said, I'm not trying to bash anyone, but… I've seen people trying to understand and even manipulate demigods and reality itself. With that kind of power getting pieces of paper printed with dead president's faces would be a piece of cake, right? Why aren't there insanely rich magicians?

first it was the cavalier "i give up somebody give me chaos magic because it's easy and i won't have to do anything for myself'

my first line of advice, if satisfaction of your base desires is what you desire, why not a succubus (incubi) you can have the 'experience' of all of the bullshit you described, at almost no cost to you.

but, if you actually want to peruse anything with earnestly, then you're going to want this book.

but before we get into that, the way material wealth is built is always the same, and it always requires a lot of effort, even after you amass the starting capitol. do all of this with magic is only going to increase the exponentiality of it. you're still going to have to put forth effort in the mundane (and if you don't want these things in the mundane, then again, i would suggest fantasy for the experiential qualities)

okay, so read this book, it's all about how to orient yourself magically in a modern economy of scale. i'm sure there is a .pdf out there of it, but i'm definitely not going to find it because i don't think you have the attention span to even read this far.

tl;dr

step1: be gud n' magical

this is whatever kind of initiation is your flavor, the book recommends a vaguely abrahamic flavoured rite that i've been eager to try, but my best recommendation is to already be magical, as that is much easier than a trip to meet a shaman for ayuasca. in lieu of that, i don't know man, iniatiate yourself, if you ever think 'i can't do magic' then you're probabilistically correct

step2: mediate and divinate on ideal desired career path

if you want a bunch of money to buy all the baddest cars &bitches &boats&meals you want, then you're going to need a steady income stream. figure out what it is you'd like to spend your time doing to make that dough, use deep calm, and whatever your connection is for new information (i'm fond of cards mostly) and pound it until you have a few options that maximize the earning potential

step2a: optionality

seriously, the whole idea about chaos is giving your magic a bunch of room to breathe life into its art, and options are the best way to do that.

'I want to go skydiving' is a lot easier than 'I want x amount of currency in order to spend on skydiving' general point on experience over expenditures here too

step3: break it down

take those things you want and snap them into their component pieces. once there, take the components and snap those into smaller bits, and keep going until you've got all your desires broken down into bite-sized bits of goals spread out over the next few days, week, months, quarters, years (mostly focused on the next 100 or so days)

step4: you've got your targets, do something with them

ensigilize and let'em fly

the author would suggest both shoaling, and robot fish, but i'm still assuming you're completely ignorant, so

for all it's worth, i haven't been able to make chaos magic get me out of bed in the morning, then again, i haven't tried, i just assumed it was on me to stop being a pussy

Don't know about other fringers, but I just don't care about money. The real power is magic. I have enough money to live comfortably and have time for studying occult and that's all I need.
