Numbers are a reference to the thing you want to remote view. It's done this way so that you know nothing about the thing you are trying to view and thus your ego and beliefs cannot influence your perception.
The numbers are your magical link to the thing, but in reality you can remote view something by "targeting" in many ways such as

Look. Besides that theory not agreeing at all with my experience with them, you are displaying your own ignorance on the phenomenon and mechanics of RV. Almost anyone with a decent degree of intuition, of which the world is full, can become a great remote viewer with the right training. "They" have probably developed the tech in the form of devices or drugs to enhance it, too. It makes absolutely no sense to do the kind of thing you say. But I respect your hesitation. So I did some more remote-viewing today, the way I set it up is I had a big rack full of vhs movies that my dad moved into my room when we were replacing our house flooring, and without looking at any of them, I got my brother to remove one and I would remote-view the tape. Now most of them I just depth-pointed and described the general feeling, but I did traditionally remote-view one of them, here's my results:
"I feel a sense energy from this tape, I see a grey thing, almost like a wooden horse hitch, I see a rusty screw, and some sort of smooth white floor, maybe like school tile? There's people in a dark room, though it could just be how dark and blurry my vision of it is." It was Texas Chainsaw Massacre. I think the tile was astral feedback, I don't know, probably doesn't matter anyway

I've made a breakthrough in terms of remote viewing technique that transcends into scrying and I suspect general manifestation as well. It all boils down to knowing yourself, from which everything comes naturally afterwards, which means anybody could come to the same conclusions eventually.
I've been thinking about creating a thread, but maybe I should write a PDF guide and post it instead. I'm still doubting it has real objective value without my personal experience though.
