According to this website just downloading 720p is fine but youtube compresses the audio for each upload so getting the original quality is the best option.

This will be fun to play with, i was sensitive to idoser stuff and I just did the third eye stimulation thing and did a simple meditation I kept getting visions of a succubus that has been hanging around for the past few weeks, and something akin to those dreams where you wake up and get ready in the morning and wake up again finding out that you didn't actually get ready.
Thought i covered myself with my blanket about 5 times before i actually managed to do it. Silly I love it!

That feel when recurring structures appear when i meditate with this stuff.
This is some manner of 4th density engine. I can imagine it very clearly and when I imagine it walking around at work I can start to see into the 4th density much easier. I see the outline of the engine when I think about it along with a return of the binaural beats associated with the structure and other images start to coalesce strongly around it.

Bad fast sketch used pixie sticks for blue and siracha for red.
Red is pistons.
Blue ring rolls about like a dropped coin before it fully settles.
