That one was from 2003 originally, channeled by french contactee Eric Julien aka Jean Ederman, the author of the "The Science of Extraterrestrials" (google books link: http://bit.ly/QLmAfj ), and the guy who predicted a massive tsunami for May 25th 2006 that caused a panic and pissed off a lot of authorities when it didn't happen. As for the message, the main thing wrong with it, is that it paints negative aliens as solely aggressive and divisive, making no mention of their tactic of pretending to be good guys and uniting the world under their sole control. Also, the message seems a bit too eager to sell itself, to get people to give permission for them to show up in exchange for lots of goodies that the aliens will give us in return. So those two taken together, put me off about the message. But those two things aside, it's not that bad of a message though, there are far worse. In some ways it mimics traits of actual positive aliens, while at the same time conspicuously playing a bit too much to people's naive hopes and wishes about what contact will be like.
