Vipassana

I have heard tales of this cleansing practice a 10 day course of silent inward introspection and meditation.

What do you guys think of this practice of seeing and feeling yourself as you are?

whats the diff between vipassana and quiet mind meditation? (QMM)


if i was gonna do something like that, OP, i would do it in total darkness

This is a ten day regiment/ritual.
You follow a strict schedule and diet and you meditate.
It has been described as after afew days in of silence and nothing to do but think inward that it is like being under a high dose of acid.
It is supposed to bring up and out all your fears apprehensions and neurosis, it gets everything you hold back and fear to face bubbling toward the surface so you have to deal with yourself. All in one fell swoop.

It is described as one of the hardest things to get through with a reasonable amount of benefit.

I am doing it because there are afew things i can not face within myself because i have to many comfortable distractions to lead me astray.

I wish to unleash kundalini this is just one of the final stepping stones to reaching that next level.

also i wish you luck. hows your kundalini schedule/routine like? is it like something out of the book of knowledge?

I am studying 'the serpent power' book and getting guidance from a couple of people. She has uncoiled once and my pathways were not ready for it or something. Essential it happened for like 5 minutes before she fell asleep and my shit got scrambled for afew weeks. I'm going from basics now trying to be more at peace with myself and balanced. which I know I'm not. 90 days would be too much I just want to finish a job certain hallucinogens started so I can bring kundalini forth.

its donation based and you have to apply ahead of time. I am doing a session in august. wish it was sooner so i could report back but i have to much going on in my professional life to go sooner.
