Haha, now that I think more of it I do the same. I was using my reasoning from faster boards like 4Chan. Wade through all the shit to see something interesting. But nonetheless, if someone is busy or if something happens this thread will catch their eye.

As long as we use sage as intended, as a community, we can filter our threads. By not feeding/bumping troll/shit threads, they will drift to the very end and by normal nature the useful threads will be the easiest to find (at the top). In this way we can 'vote' on threads.

…but how else am I going to repost the articles and stuff there whenever they become relevant to a topic of discussion? Pretty sure all of /x/ knows about /fringe/ at this point anyways. We'll just have to greenpill them all until they become proper wizards.

Do you have any fields of expertise? Normally you can find a way to do what you want within your realm of knowledge. For example,

I know almost nothing about detaching curses, but I've spent a great deal of time studying evocation/invocation. In order to dispel a curse, I would likely go to one of the spirits/gods I've contacted, and give them an offering in exchange for their protection.

It's not that easy.

I define a wizard as someone who is an intermediate in their esoteric field. But, since there are many fields and they are wider than horse's vagina there is no true "Wizard." Though this board does seem to have a good enough community of like-minded people that you can consider each other wizards, there needs to be a culling of sorts. I don't mean a holocaust, but certain things need to be changed. Proving what works and what doesn't to create a more functional community. Such as disposing of certain ideologies that are not true.

Not the guy you replied to. I'm a Hermeticist with Gnostic and Chaos influences. Hermeticism has the most sensible explanation for the universe and is the only thing that makes sense to me, that really completes the picture.

I don't have a problem with rune bros. I just think that all of the alphabets are useable in magic. I personally use Roman Numerals and numbers mostly but I could use ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ as well.

I can't really see any sense in runes. The only thing that stops me from labeling rune bros /x/ tier is that the Hebrew alphabet was based on universal sacred geometry and that another type of rune was based on DNA.
