OP I don't practice magic to improve my life. That's a secondary concern. My primary concern, the real reason it's my obsession and I do it all the time, is the need to personally find powers strong enough for me to finally settle the matter once and for all about this universe being of a mental nature.

There are many things I want to do and if I can get one of them to happen and prove it I'll be so happy.

Be careful to observe yourself for signs of dehydration and so on. The Buddha Boy went without water or food all that time meditating and they filmed him on discovery channel there were no indications of dehydration in him after all that time. If you're getting dry lips and stuff you're doing something wrong.

Right now I've temporarily stopped drinking water but not so much just to do without it but rather to see how it effects astral projection.

Pretty dehydrated right now judging by my lips.
