Is it possible that all the deities worshipped by human religions (both monotheistic and polytheistic) are really just one comprehensive being and multiple beings at the same time?

Yes it is quite possible. They could all be facets / avatars / expressions of one god while being multiple beings at once.

That's what a number of Hindu schools seem to believe. They claim all gods are simply aspects of Brahman, in fact everything is an aspect of Brahman.

Native americans have this concept too. That there is one source being, and the rest of the gods are just his manifestations.
