How can I meditate longer? The longest I can meditate is around 25 minhtes, which is when I cleanse my chakras. I normally meditate for 10 minutes, and meditate for 10 minutes about five minutes after that. I really want to meditate longer, it seems like 5 minutes feels like half an hour ;_;

Suggestions?

Well I meditate for extreme amounts of time.

Just focus really intently upon the forms you see and don't move.

Your whole body will go numb and you won't feel it.

Eventually you'll be kind of "dead" and that's when the awesome shit starts to happen.

If you've only ever meditated for 25 minutes then you don't know what you're missing out on when you meditate for days.

I want to meditate for hours, but I just… can't for some reason. I'm a very impatient and fast-paced person, and I know that isn't going to help any, just make it harder.

Well I generally don't want to do anything and hate being interrupted from meditation so I guess that helps me.

Meh I'll talk to you later, time to go meditate some more, going to watch crazy fractals and other strange things.

Maybe try listening to guided meditations?
Those usually take up to 1 hour

Yeah, I do those, and I get through them. I want to do it on my own though. Guided meditation is easy to do for long periods at a time.

Aw man I'm back and I wish I could tell you what happened all I remember is that it was crazy but at some point I experienced a memory purge so no memory of it, just the feel of it, and I know it was some amazing shit.

Yeah most of my body basically shutdown in that time too. When I came out of there was no feeling in either hand for example, and the pinky fingers were the last to have feeling restored.

20 minutes is like… just a warm up. Nothing cool happens in 20 minutes.

What happens is memory purges, feeling of energy surges causing burns, usually a sinking feeling of sadness at being cut off prematurely, etc.

Depends upon when they get to me I guess.

If they're to get to me right at the moment when I'm "most dead" I don't even know what exactly what would happen then.

Just lock yourself up in a room and don't let yourself out in like 2 days and night at all. Then meditate as long as you can, and if it stops, then just stay in there and keep trying.

But thats impossible, because I have family and all that you can hear in the house is a three year old going crazy and The Real Housewives. The only time I can find peace is about 10pm-3am. During this time I do my rituals, yoga, and meditation, which takes up about 1 hour. I guess I can force myself to meditate all night.

There's a fuck load of noise in my house. I always have to contend with distractions. Rarely get quiet time. I use white noise to block it out, just run a fan really loud.

I want to get ear plugs one day.
