>supposedly, ancient man was primitive

I can't relate at all to what life must have been like just a hundred years ago nor imagine the life of primitive man. We seem so far-removed from it all I must wonder if it ever really was so. Humanity perhaps has mutated a great deal lately? …or maybe we never were primitive and history is really the story of degeneration and not so much of ascent?
This reality is so strange and contrived.

On a slight diversion, I'm wondering what an energetic map of today's world would look like. I was thinking about why so many people are drawn to Japan, so.

Ancient men were primitive technologically, but they weren't stupid. The masses are told how awful it was to live before the industrial revolution so they don't go off the grid and collapse the modern capitalist society. It seems to be a common view that people used to only live to 30 before modern medicine, even though that's not true at all.

I have this suspicion to. We are told they had many hardships, like disease, the elements, and foraging for food.
But, it is possible that none of this stuff was actually "hard" on them. They enjoyed hunting, they enjoyed living amongst nature, and they had many shamans to give them medicine if need be. Also, I have been told that ancient man didn't "feel" pain the same way we do with our conditioned minds. They were like zen masters in a sense. They felt the pain all the way through, and it did not bother them like it would us.
Also, it is possible, since they were more in tune with nature, they did not have many of the mental and physical ailments that plague our society today.

Explain ancient lightbulbs, ever-burning lamps, and other signs of high technology from the very ancient past?

I hope you enjoy incarnating for another aeon. Otherwise, you might want to get off the floor before that edge cuts you in two.
