Ninjas are /fringe/, right?

Does anyone know any good ebooks about how to be a ninja? And I don't just mean martial arts, but also like… how to blend in, how to be "invisible," how to mix poisons, how to do that really cool thing where they run with one hand in front of their face and the other straight out behind their back, etc.

I've read about all that stuff but not in the context of ninjas.

The Book of Knowledge has something on how to be invisible.

I personally would just create a tulpa and have it teach me those skills if I wanted to become a ninja of sorts.

There are actually a few surviving ninja clans in Japan, who can trace their lineage back to the Edo period and are extremely selective about who they let in. I don't think they do missions or anything, it's more about preserving their history… but the point is, you can't just decide to be a ninja. It's like being a samurai, you have to be part of a clan.

If you're interested in learning espionage, 4chan's /k/ is probably your best place to start.
