You shouldn't be finding a spiritual teacher anyways until you've reached your limits of what you can do on your own.
Speaking of which, I legit am at that point almost, where I really need one. I've almost hit a wall in my progress and could really use someone in my life that is on my level or surpassing me to help get further. That said I recently did make some breakthroughs and am going through a new stage of growth and attainment this month so who knows maybe I'll be able to continue to "walk alone" for awhile yet.
